   VEHICULAR DIVISION
   
This division of IPEC concentrates on accident evaluation and the
safety features, manufacturing standards, repair, maintenance and repair shop practices of
both on-the-road and off-the-road vehicles. Our construction division participates when
appropriate in cases involving bridge & highway design, lighting levels, construction
equipment and external conditions.
